Ifeanyi Ugbechie
Ifeanyi is a passionate conceptual figure artist who works primarily in acrylics on canvas. She has created two pieces for this exhibition. The first piece is titled “Many Hats” (30×36) and depicts a woman’s headgear (gele) while the second is titled “she is” (36×48) and is a depiction of a woman in authority. Both paintings are aimed at normalizing seeing women as leaders and in powerful positions.
